I have applied for passport on 29.12.2008 at Ranchi Passport Office, but till date i didnt got passport police verification had already done, but in your website till date status is showing that police report not yet recd. Please let me know how much time required for the same, what is the maximum duration of receving the passport , who is responsible for police report, what step have taken or will be going to take from passport department when police dept not sending the report within the time. Please let me know how much more required to passport office and police dept to issue the passport already more then 16 month completed.

Sir I called earlier passport office also but they didnt taken my call when i mailed then they repled that police report not yet recd.

Please let me know to whom i have to asked about the above mentined application status and how will i get passport.
