Ramoji Film City — pan card not receiving

Hellow sir this K.Suresh I have applied the pan card before 4 months back but date I cont get it . My application coupon No:[protected] . And also I have submitting all doccuments with my pan application . Plz see the concentrate my complaint as soon as immediately. It very urgent and needful

i had applied for pan card on the end of last month i.e.;16th of june but the status i have recognised as the pan card has dispateched on 1st july but still i didn't receive the card pls kindly accept my note.

Dear sir;

I have applied pan card last one month back but some missetic done about my Date of birth So please change my date of birth as soon as poosable as per given documents.

My pan card no is BBNPP4278G

I have sent one letter through RPAD on 05.08.2009 to my employee name Mr. Santhosh kumar Jaiswal to his permenent and present addresses. But i have not received neither acknowledgement card nor undelivered cover. I gave postal complaint on 17.09.2009. I am sending that employee two addresses and R.L.No's. i.e RL No. 1: 3948, R.L No. 2: 3946. Please send that letter status.
