i have bought intex ups before One Week back. but now there is a problem with that. no body is responding from the company. I had bought an *Intex UPS GREENX700 600 VA model* One Week ago *Within a Week *, i faced the battery problem. despite of calling and booking my complaint on 1st Sept. on the customer care ([protected]). Its been a 5 Days and there is no reply from their side wereas, it should be 2 working days according to their warranty terms. Many a times, even the phone is not busy on another call still the person on other side doesn't picks up the call even in working hours. My Contact No-[protected] Plz Revert as soon as Possible. Sir,
The owner of KC-11,Kashyap farm, Ganesh Nagar Shakarpur, Delhi-11092 has now doing construction of floors, due to improper construction, all the near by properties got leaking due
to improper drainage system and improper constructions.
the walls of nearby buildings are wet now and there may be a chance of dangers due to Electric
meters over there also at homes too.
we have requested many times , but there is no response.
