I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 15 jui 2019 but transaction is failed due to not seat avilable and payment completed i have paid through icici netbanking and payment gateway is mobikwik irctc says payment refunded on 16 jul 2019 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this.

i have bought intex ups before One Week back. but now there is a problem with that. no body is responding from the company.
