Yes I am completely agree with you. They have another project called unnathi greens in the same locality, wherein at the time of sale they told that possession will handed over by aug sep 2010, now its november but still no idea of when will we get our flats. Also quality of construction is very bad, cable point is fixed where there should be telephone point and telephone point is fixed at cable point.
I am experiencing the same problem and feedback is irrelevant and i am also residing on the rental basis, some action to be initiated on the defaulters
Yes, i do agree with you guys, i have also booked a flat in Unnathi Woods Phase V in Jan 09. While booking it was told that possession will be getting in Jun 10 which is also mentioned in the agreement. But still i am looking for possession & it is expecting by this month end. I am also staying in a rented flat.
The worse part is i wanted to sell it off, since possession was getting delayed but builder was asking Rs. 700 per sq.ft. for giving NOC.
I am also frustrated just because of this. Any idea if we can take any action against this? please share it if anyone has got it.

I have also booked my flat in Unnathi Woods Phase 2. The possession of the flat has been delayed by 1.5 years and still the arrogant, unfriendly customer attitude of Raunak Group continues. There is no point just writing complaints on this website and doing nothing. A support Upendra suggestion to get together and file complaint against RAUNAK GROUP. Iam already doing so.

I agree with both of you. We should get together and file a case in consumer court. My flat is in Phase I, A6. The builder is giving the same reason for last 6 months saying that he has not got the OC. Every time I call his office or meet the concerned person, I am being told that the possession would be given in a few days time. Recently I was told that possession will surely be given by 15th Nov 2011 and then when the date came, he said that still the OC has not come and he will give the possession definitely by 30th Nov 2011. However when I called him up yesterday, I was told that 30th Nov would not be possible as the OC has not yet come. He is saying that in Thane Munical Corporation, the person who gives OC is available only on Tuesdays and that too he is very busy so it is very difficult to meet him. I am fed up of all such stories. Now I am told that he will give possession in next 10 days, however I know that after 10 days he will make some other story and say that OC has not yet come.
We should get together in maximum numbers and go to consumer court and file a very strong case against this builder. He is cheating all the customers. Infact he has taken the money from all the customers and is building the new project in Kalyan with this money. He is not bothered about this project as it is already sold out, whereas he has to sell the project in Kalyan. We should ask the court to force the builder to pay us the interest money on the amount paid to him. He should also pay us compensation for the mental torture that he is putting for so long now.
Lets meet at his office and take this further. All those who are victims of this Raunak Group Builder (Unnathi Woods), Please call me on [protected]. Lets all make a big group and the impact in the court will be very strong.

Hi Vjameta, sac_rauthan, jagtap dilip s, yeole pankaj request you all to share your details ( Phone Numbers, Email ids) we all need to group together and as suggested by Aliasger, Upendra and myself need to file a GROUP CONSUMER COMPLAINT against RAUNAK GROUP. Its high time these builders need to be woken up, there arrogance, unfriendly attitude towards customers and delaying tactics need to be put to end.
We must demand in WRITING EXACT POSSESSION DATE, COMPENSATION ( both in terms of monetary and mental torture) FOR THE DELAY FROM ORIGINAL POSSESSION DATE.
