[Resolved]  Rayban Sunglasses — Product was not as per the specification and is fake one

I purchased a Rayban Sun Glass through ebay. I followed all transaction norms,when i received Sun Glass i found it is not as per specification shown in ebay site.More over it is not genuine as i varified it from local Rayban show room.
I lodged a complaint in this regard but there is no response from ebay or from the seller till date.
I lodged complaint in early December 09.
