[Resolved]  Rayban Sunglasses — Faulty substandard product

I had gifted a sunglasses to my wife. she being a housewife hardly used the same for 5 to 6 times.
After some time she noticed bubbles on the glasses. She asked me whether I purchased the same from a showroom or from footpath vendor.

I was very embarrassed approached the dealer M/s. Pearl Optics , Jayanagar, Bangalore whoes bill no.04836 dated 06/03/2010 to do something about it.

They kept the glasses for a month and returned it stating the company was not willing to replace the same.
The product code is RB3391-004/7161 price paid Rs.6290/-.
I would like to know how or whom i should approach to get the same replaced or exchanged as i feel Rayban is selling defective products to us(Indians).
