[Resolved]  Rcom GSM — balance deduction

My name is Varun. I am a subscriber of Reliance Prepaid Mobile Number [protected], I got my number recharged for Rs. 150/- on 21st of January 2012. I very few calls till date. However when I checked my balance today it was only about Rs. 16/- . I called the customer care at *333 & also at 198 today. They said that you have activated some love poems and some darshan value added services during this period because of which I have been charged. As I told them that I have not subscribed to any of this service and neither I have received the confirmation of the same. Though some girl attending my call (at no. 198) assured me that these services will be deactivated and I will get my refund. I got the refund and now my account balance is Rs. 126.22/-. This is for the second time I checked that without my knowledge Reliance has deducted my account balance and without my knowledge the services have been activated. They might have deducted balance earlier as well.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that Reliance has been deducted balance for unnecessary reason though I got the refund it does not mean that they can deduct the balance without customer's knowledge. This is a serious matter and needs to be resolved at the earliest. I request you to look into this matter with urgent concerns.
