Please refer my A/C :[protected] H-1557 & A/C :[protected]. I bring it to your kind notice that I have sent two cheques (Nos.099394 & 099393) dt.18.10.2011 for Rs6,578/- & Rs1,099/- which have already been debited to my account on 1st & 3rd Nov. 2011 respectively. But so far the items indented i.e., (i) Bridal Party Clutch Bag (ICS No.[protected] Cost : Rs2,999/- and (ii) Diva Pendant Set
(ICS No.[protected] Cost : Rs2,499/- and (iii) Free Gift of Deluxe Make-up Brush Set. Also, the Book for which an amount of Rs1,099/- was sent also was not yet received by me although almost a fortnight has gone. Would you please look into the matter and comeback with a reply to my email which is furnished hereunder besides contacting me over my Cell Phone ([protected]). Further, I have remitted a sum of Rs1,000/- extra for the first two items mentioned above (Rs2,999/- + Rs2,499/- = Total Rs5,498 + Rs80/- which comes to Rs5,578/-), vide my cheque bearing No.099394 for Rs6,578/- and please, therefore refund the excess amount remitted i.e., Rs1,000/- immediately by means of a Cheque or Draft payable at Hyderabad and oblige. Also, please ensure that I receive all the items including the books which I have ordered by return of post.
