Reader's Digest India — Paid for one year subscription but not received any book

Hi,

I had subscribed for Readers Digest one year subscription paid by VPP Rs475.00, paid in April 2011. I received a book on " how to win any argument" during which I was informed to pay and will received my copy from next time onwards. the postage date of that book was 18th April 2011, however till date I have not received any RD book. Its a 12 months subscription and if they are late they should compensate.

on the cover there is ID which is :

Kindly look into this matter.
