[Resolved] Recharge It Now — Amount deducted , no recharge | |||
Hi , My name is Roy and I had conducted three consecutive Mobile recharges from Rechargeitnow.com website on the 7th of April 2012. the recharges had been conducted on two different phone numbers, i.e- [protected], and [protected] consecutively for 100Rs., 50 RS. and 50RS. again. Now the problem is , out of these three transactions, two recharges of 100 Rupees and 50 rupees were successful.A recharge of 50 rupees did not happen inspite of the amount being deducted from my bank account, details from bank CCA12DAEH511 CCAVENUES [protected]XU4424001 recharge [protected]. When I had written a complaint to rechargeitnow, they mail me as the transaction was done from their end and they are not ready to help me with the recharge. Sir i want to inform u that my order num is A[protected] an transaction id 693599 date[protected] in after noon 13:25pm when i recharge RS250 my mobile number [protected] is a company of vodaphone i do all the process and then the process is failed an then there is a option of try again and i tried again an its again failed an then i see my balance in mobile an there is no ballance of this transaction and then i see my ballance of my bank account of sbi debit card i see there is a transaction of RS250+RS250=500 is debit from my account. so i request u to refund my amount of RS500 in my sbi bank account. my register id in recharge it now is [protected]@yahoo.co.in, I also filed a complaint at http://www.consumercourt.in/online-shopping/6438-recharge-now.html and even after this not get any response, I shall be highly obliged.
