[Resolved] RechargeItNow.com — No Refunds Made for failed transactions | |||
Hi, I made two transactions of recharge of Videocon D2H for Rs. 500 and Rs. 535 from RechargeItNow.com, both of which failed, but money was deducted from the bank account. Its been 8 days now, and I haven't recieved a refund from RechargeItNow for the same. The transaction details are as follows: First transaction: date time:[protected]:32 PM subscriber ID: 619465 amount: 500.00 order ID: R[protected] transaction ID: 63887368 Second transaction: date time:[protected]:36 PM subscriber ID: 619465 amount: 535.00 order ID: R[protected] transaction ID: 63887519 Was this information helpful? | |||

Regarding your query, this is to inform you that the refund for your 1st transaction (Rs.500 & Order id-R[protected]) has been processed from our end on 2-7-2012 and should be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.

Kindly check your account to confirm this and in-case the amount is not credited within this time then kindly contact your bank.
