i am regular customer of red chief shoe n sandals since last seven years
I have bought a pair of Sandal of Red chief from NARESH SHOES RLY HOSPITAL CAMPUS AJMER and its sole is broken within THREE months. I contact to shopkeeper but he SENT the shoes to your company but did not give any satisfactory answer rejected the claim sent by distributor
.i dont know what to do

Red Chief Shoes Sole Damaged
Hi,
I want to tell you that I purchased Red Chief leather shoes on 07-May-2018 . Its price 2700 and its Brown in color Size 7 BR high ART NO. 2501 . I have a problem that the sole of these shoes is cracked from front side. It just 5 months to purchased and problem occurs and i submit shoes to the LOTUS THE BRANDED SHOE STORE(GST NO. 08AEZPB4213K1Z9) SHOP NO. 104, NEHRU BAZAR JAIPUR PHONE NO.[protected] for sole replacement as they are under warranty that time and dealer forward shoes to Red Chief office or dealer for sole replacement but still i didn't received my shoes back from RED CHIEF dealer and they are ( LOTUS THE BRANDED SHOE STORE (GST NO. 08AEZPB4213K1Z9) SHOP NO. 104, NEHRU BAZAR JAIPUR PHONE NO.[protected] saying that i have submit 100% charges of the original price of the shoe only than they will replace the shoe Sole. So i don't know what to do..

Red Chief Shoes No. 40 का शूज 2019 में ऑनलाईन Purchse किया है। कोविड-19 में तीन माह शूज शूजरॅक में रखे थे । जब उन्हे बाहर निकाला तो उसमें से दाये (Left) साईड का रबर सोल (शूज का निचला हिस्सा) काफी खराब (Shoes Sole Damaged) हुवा दिखाई दिया । (उसका फोटो साथ भेज रहा हूँ)
मेरा यह एक शूज Repair / अच्छा / Change करणे के लिए मुझे क्या करणा चाहिए? Please help me.
