[Resolved]  Red Tape — Defective Shoe

I had purchased a shoe from their online store in discount offer on 15th may 2012. the shoes started wearing out in few wears itself. i had raised a complaint on 29th June 2012 to their [protected]@redtapeindia.com & to their GM Mr.Arvind Verma < [protected]@redtapeindia.com>. they asked me to despatch the shoes to them. i was regularly in touch with them by email / phone, after several follow ups on 27th July 2012, their Service head Mr.Shahid replied " nothing can be done for these shoes as these are 6 months old and in turn we shall offer you Rs.500 discount for new purchases"
i got disgusted and called back again, spoke to Mr.Arvind and finally they replied to me on 28th July that shoes would be replaced and the same pair was replaced ( it wasn new) on 4th August. I was literally impressed till then.
But in 9 months since then, the shoes have worn out in battered condition and every inch of shoe is popping out.So its been exactly a year now and i had sent a mail on 16th may 2013, reporting the condition of my shoes with images to their customer care and Mr.Arvind verma, and this i have been sending a mail daily to their mail boxes, but they have failed to respond back.
I Started posting these defective shoe images on their Facebook profile, for which they have responded "If you recall we had replaced your shoe in August last year after you had complained after around 2 months usage of the same, now you are again seeking replacement after using it for around 9 months. Also, you had bought this shoe on 40% discount thru our online portal. We dont think this is fair although we always go out of our way to satisfy our customers and we always hold them in high esteem"

i really dont understand what they mean by i had purchased in an discount, do they sell degraded shoes in sales, why dont they give a written statement that the quality of this shoes was not worth upto non discounted shoes. and how they wash away their hands in 12 months. i have purchased a shoe worth Rs.2000 and above, i expect the quality of the shoe worth it otherwise why should i buy this brand.

Im looking forward to receive cash refund for the amount of shoes back.

i dont recommend anyone to go for this brand they are selling fake products no quality assurance infact roaside shops are more reliable than this brand and their owners/employees.
I had purchased article no.8202 from Central Mall Ahmedabad, Gujarat on 26.04.15, within week i found steech open from leg shoe. I can expect which type of quality. We just getting service of repair instead of replacement .My Id.[protected]@rediffmail.com.

I bought a red tape slip on shoe in 2013 paying 2350, from Kottayam shop.
I was using it on special occasions only, however last month I detected the sole breaking off like cake pieces..so surprised to see such a thing happening on a costly shoe like this.
Is their any provision for getting this repaired or replaced. ..?

I purchased a pair Red tape shoes on 3/04/2018 after 15 day its sole tore then I gave it to repair. After 2 week I got then I wore 1 day again sole has been tore.when I call to customer's they don't respond.they don't want to repair again. See some picture of bill and shoes

I had purchased a pair Red Tape shoes from MIRZA INTERNATIONAL LTD SHOP NO. 45 GOHANA ROHTAK ROAD, WARD NO.-14, NEAR GOHANA BUS STAND GOHANA, SONIPAT, [protected] on dated 20/12/2020 bill no. R551-5206 The shoes started wearing out in few wears itself. But after 02 Month its sole breaking and tear totally. I have complained this on Feb. 2021 to the shop where i have purchased. But there is no result. i have many time complained about this but not respond. i requested you to please replace my shoes.
