Hi,
I have placed an order with Rediff online shopping. Order# 7031933 on Apr-05-2012 for the below 3 items. two of them were delivered on-time while the third item(Wall clock) is never delivered to me. The online status shows the item delivered. my attempts to talk to rediff customer care through provided tool free number and email are not working. there is no update from the customer care as on today.

This is completely cheating. how do i proceed legally to take action on the rediff.com? please help. i can be contacted @ 9052552055.
