With reference to the details mentioned above, I would state that:
1. The product has not been delivered so far.
2. My credit card has already been charged for the amount.
3. The Courier Service (GATI) Airway Bill #[protected] provided in your Tracking site does nor exist.

Can anyoine please guide me as to how can we file a petition against rediff and 1st wholesalers who are cheating people like anything. Please feel free to call me on [protected].

Both mayank electronics and Rediff shopping made me fool of my first ever e-shopping.
I lost Rs.874 for the following product

Mayank electronics (Strings Digital) — cheating

Both Rediff shopping and mayank electronics have cheated me by not delivering me STRINGS 2 GB (600 Songs) MP3 PLAYER WITH CHARGER & 6 MONTH WARRANTY. My order is 5061401.
I dont wont my money back but I want both these frauds to be punished.
Please help me

Mayank Gulati/MP3 Player — Received in non working condition

Rediif Ref No[protected] Shopping: POS: Order No 5071861

I received the MP3 player in defective/non working condition and reported the same to rediff customer care. After a remainder rediff customer care responded to return the item to the vendor at Sec'bad and intimate. After completion of above procedure after 10 days and several remainders also no response found.

Frustating experience.

One More Example of cheated by rediff shopping . Order No. 5263238, they provided false dispatch details . They also provided false vendor contact nos. They do not have any contact no for customer care . They do not give resposne to mail requests.
Hence once you pay them you are at mercy of rediff shopping, as you can not catch them any way, and in some cases they will cheat your money .

DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE FROM REDIFF SHOPPING -MY SINCEER REQUEST

i too bought a 2 gb strings music player but it got damaged and it is not at all working now.it got damaged within 1 month of my shopping.why should these frauds release such articles simply to cheat consumers!!!

When tracking the docket number in Aramex getting the message as you have entered is either invalid. After calling to Aramex they haven't received material but on website of REdiff shopping its show as a deliver.

DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASE FROM REDIFF SHOPPING -MY SINCEER REQUEST and specially 1st vendor The Phone Number ([protected]) of the Contact Person (KAPIL AGARWAL) of the Vendor (1st WHOLESALERS) does not work.

Inspite of mailing many time from last 2months and requesting rediff to refund the money of my damaged product (order #7363946 ) i am unable to get the refund yet.
after putting the issue on AKOSHA, i got mail from rediff team ( NANCY VAZ) that as the product i ordered is not available rediff will refund my money within 1 week, but this was the mail i got on 15th oct "12'' . now they are not responding atall . Plz help me out
