I ordered MORPHY RICHARDS Hair Straightener, on 31st Jan, 2009 till now the product is not yet delivered and when I track the order it says the order is cancelled due to unavailability. And also I got a mail saying that "The order is cancelled due to Out of Stock".

I paid full amount through my credit card they are not refunding my amount and not giving any reply to my mails. The BIG mistake I did was paying the full amount initially.

I did it because I had a belief on rediff but now I came to know that the people are real BIG FRAUDS..when I check so many complaints registered on Rediff shopping.

My Order# is 5164099, purchased MORPHY RICHARDS Hair Straightener for Rs. 2324 (2249 + 75 handling charges). Now these ppl are not refunding my amount and also not even trying to give any reply to my mails.

They also gave vendor name after I ordered but that fellow's number never connects, they gave a wrong contact address to trap me.
