Non delivery/ no response
I Had purchased a PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL from rediff shopping on 18 Dec 2007 and the amount debited from my credit card on 20 dec 2007, I was informed by rediffmail that my item is despatched details as follows
PANASONIC NV-GS85 DIGITAL CCD CAMCORDER Sandeep Vig (Big Baazaar) Aramex 875341756 27-12-2007 http://www.aramexindia.com Expected delivery: You should receive your order between 31 Dec, 2007 and 04 Jan, 2008.
But till todate i havenot received the item even after approaching rediff customer care they have not given any correct details, the courier detail given by rediff shpopping turned out to be invaild, indicating that i have been cheated by rediff shopping. Kindly help me to proceed legally against this web site, to retreive my money. |

I had purchased 2 child laptop from rediffshopping.I received delivery after one week but i was shocked to see that there was only one laptop inbox instead of 2. Parcel was received by parents and they paid full amount.
I contacted mentioned no in order but 3 week have passed but i have yet to received.

I would advise to all that dont purchase anything from reddifshopping.

I placed an order for a book on 26th Jan 2008 and the order was accepted vide order number 4353441.The amount was also debited.Till today I have not received the book.Mails sent to Rediff remain unreplied except the automated reply.It seems that Rediff is in the business of cheating people.There is no mention of contact number/phone number or direct e mail of anyone on Rediff Site. How can I file a criminal case against the company ? Can some one suggest /

I have had a bad experience last year with Rediff regarding order # 3895718 in delivering a birthday gift to my father. I am keeping my fingers crossed this time. What was I thinking when I ordered from Rediff again?!

i had ordered a designed chrono watch from rediff shopping on 26-jun-08, but till to date i have not recieved the item even after approaching rediff customer care they have not given any correct detailes. even your delivery boy(person) is aiso not cooperating properly...kindly request you to send the ordered item...

I had ordered a Denim Jacket on 22/05/2008, my order no. is 4615268.But the order no. shows somebody else name and the delilvery status shows the date before the ordered date i.e. 24/05/2008. It also shows that it is sent through TNT courier & the consignment no. 294398385.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to remember you. That I had ordered for Digigr8 branded digital camera+web camera, and I had received a simple USB Led Light instead of Digital camera. After complaint about this product, you had returned your wrong product (USB Led Light).
I am waiting for 15 days but till date I have not received my original order.
So how much time you will take for fulfill of my original order.
If you are not interested to fulfill my order, then you should give return my money.
Your early action will be highly appreciated.

This is my 10th of 11th mail, but you are so irresponsible about of fulfill my order. i can't understand that what is your management. i think you are loosing your goodwill because you don't care of customer's e-mails and you not need to talk with him. i just purchase only for rs.584/- but in next time i could purchased a lot of thing. but no, now i am not satisfied from your service. so if you will fulfill my order no.4664738 then it's ok or not then also it will ok.

I had given an order of wrist watch vide order no.4837847, which was sent to me on 02.09.2008. The same was not recd till 10th, I contacted Aramex they said that the same has not been booked, the AWB No. is wrong. I contacted customer service dept, who said that they will be sending it to me today under new awb no. Now let us see what happens, else I need to escalate the matter higher.

I have purchased a wristwatch from rediff shoping. My order no is 4883128. But the mail I have received from you containig the Customer care no of 9291376266. I have tried that no atleast 20 times but it was switched off. I dont know the status of my consignment. My question is that If you are unable to give us any customer gare why you are harashing me and I think this is the last time I have purchased from rediff. I had placed two orders on rediff shopping in August 2008 viz. no. 4827836 and 4827797. Against first order, I received the home theatre but that was a pathetic set and did not work (it was also damaged in transit due to poor packing). Against second order (telescope), I am yet to receive the same despite lapse of over 6 weeks. My repetitive emails go unheard. The response and product quality are both of poorest order. I strongly recommend that nobody should venture buying anything from rediff.

REDIFFSHOPPING IS FULLY FOOLING THE PEOPLE, WHAT THEY SHOW ON THE SITES ARE NEVER DELIVERED, LETS GET TOGETHER AND PUT A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT ON THEM.

I had placed an order(4937875) to book a domain name on 14th oct, 2008 and payment is made through net banking. The amount is debited from my account same day, and after 2 days rediff confirms the payement. Its OK, but today after 5 days my order is still pending and i am not able to access the domain control panel. My project is suffering and May be i have to bear a big loss for this delay.
Shame on this big(but not managed) portal, is it CHOR BAAZAR because they have not specified any contact number on the shopping site.
Anyways i'll wait for tomorrow then i'll send a mail to all major media players to expose the worst service provided by Rediff Bussiness Solution.

Never buy any product from this site because i baught a sony camera on 7th Oct 2008 under warranty. their vendor Mahavir Computer provide me fake bill of any other firm without TIN and without product manufacturing number. As i asked for the same to rediff & vendor Mahavir Computers their is just excuse for not willing to send valid invoice. Hopefully they people sale gray market product or they evasion sale tax. Their deal is totally fake deal. Apart from these their customer service is very very poor. It's my request never deal with rediff.

I had placed an order for two Polo T Shirts during August 2006. The cheque for Rs 299/- was cleared from my account on 24.08.2006.( Chq No 646413 of SBI Nanthencode Branch, Trivandrum, Kerala). For an order of Rs 299/-, I have already spend more than Rs 500/- as telephone charges, calling your customer care centre. The message shown in the order status is 'awaiting cheque'. The responnse I got from your customer care executives was utterly disgusting. I was asked to send a fax mesaage stating the details of the cheque( which I have repeated more than 50 times to the executives). I had sent the fax several times to the number given by you. Still there is no reposnse. It is more than 2 years since the cheque was cleared from my account and I had been following this up for the last 2 years. So kindly take immediate steps to deliver my order as soon as possible. Please don't force me to take this complaint to the consumer court

Pathetic service by rediff shopping. My product was ordered on 01st of Oct2008, several mails and complaints sent to customer service. No proper response received.
