chat rooms are not open

hi this is vishal
i have installed rediffbol messanger of 8.0 version, intially chat rooms were open but in second attempt tillnow rooms are not opened . pls resolve this issue, help me out .

My rediff bol chat rooms are not opening now a days...Pls resolve me this problem as soon as possible...I have many friends waiting in chat rooms...

I'm unable to view the text in the main window...
I can see what I type but when I send or receive... any message I could no view any text... Its frustrating... Needs to improve visitor's service by rediff.

my open chat room is not work.. last 2 days.
when I open an error is occur..
"error processing request. plz try again later"
I try many times, many pc, many os, explorer. but still same problem.
my working in orkut e-mail id is-jyotiyadav006@live.in
kumarmritunjay@live.in is login ID in orkut.
