Rediffbol — Unsolicited calls by rediff bol chat users

rediffbol chat is not working with my id & password even my friends id & password when i open & enter the id with password after that i klick on the chat rooms buttom the list of rooms are coming very slow. when i list comes left box msg shows that reconnecting after 15 seconds when seconds will over the room list window closed automatically
