my user id is '[protected]@rediffmail.com'
I am unable to open the account from my home but I am able to from my office.
Why?

i have a problem for my password has been lose and now I can't access my id
and hint question are not working for my answer is correct so please help me. because, I have using this id from last 6- 7 years . I have very important data stored in this id. and all details for my friends and my company

How can I check the last time someone logged into my Rediffmail account

i forget my password of my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com please give me new password to my alternate id jaiswal.[protected]@yahoo.co.in & also i forget the hint question. This id is used by me for last 5-7 years & my all friends are touch with my this mail id.

Since about a week I am unable to login to my mail account - [protected]@rediffmail.com. Someone has hacked my password and also reset the security questions so I am unable to recover my password. On the rediffmail site, in the feedback option, i had submitted the complaint but I never received any reply from the administrator. it is very necessary for me to login to my account. plzz recover my id & send me the password to my new mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. its really very urgent bcoz der are sum important documents in my mail & i need it as soon as possible.

i ordered for a shirt combo, they send us a different one, after that i send them for replacement, they replied as send replaced one soon but not yet received, i mailed for so many times, ticket no for replacement is[protected]
