[Resolved]  Reebok India — Regarding Replacement of shoes

We had purchased reebok item in dec 2009 and when the text was sent for redemption code, msg rcvd was code incorrect.

We got in touch with reebok outlet but no response recvd.
Pls provide the redemption code as we are unable to redeem the same.

Booklet code is 226763.
WE have been in constant touch with reebok outlet since jan 2010 but till date no response recvd and already 2 coupons have expired.

Pls look in the matter and resolve asap.

Hi guys, I too had made orders from ITBC but received them within 5-7 days. The only thing I did was I ordered though pay cash at the time of delivery. Why to pay by credit card and worry?

Rebok service is not good in India. I have purchased two times Rebok Shoes of Price 2300 and 2500.Both shoes sole has been broken but rebok has not repaired.
So please dont purchase this shoes...

Reebok India — Regarding shoes replacement

I had purchased Reebok shoes from G-41,Sarita Vihar, Klindikung road,New Delhi.Phone No:-[protected] My shoes id is R[protected]US After 3 months i found sole of my shoes tearing out. After that i went to that shop and asked him to change my shoes (As per mentioned in warranty). He asked me to submit shoes and told me that he would replace them and would inform me. Still after 3 weeks i haven't got any call regarding my shoes and when i called him he said he has'nt yet submitted shoes as person from reebok has not yet visited and this process would take another 3-4 weeks. This is not acceptable.

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes
model number: R954327 Dmx ride for Rs.4200.00(30% discount on original price 5999), BILL Number-STC-6676 DT 13/02/2010,
from Authorised Reebok Outlet in Jalandhar, Satnaam Trading Co.(Reebok Factory Price Shop) having TIN NO . [protected] but the shoes developed a gap between sole and heel just after 3 months o[censored]sage.I was sure that i would get a free replacement as i have the bill with me and the shoe is still in warranty period But to my suprise on complaining about the damaged product the showroom owner completly refused to exchange it.On my questioning he was talking with a dishonouring tone.
I handed over the defected shoes to them .They agreed & accepted that shoes have a manufacturing defect.I asked for replaced one, they refused and told they
can only repaire it and I had to wait for more than one month to get it back or i have to buy the new shoes from thier outlet only and
they can only adjust this amount in the new price.After repeatedly saying that either give me the same shoes in the same amount or token of this amount
so that i can purchase from any Reebok outlet in india whenever got the best design and comfort, they refused.The dealer says he would not be in any position to help out as it
was brought in a discount sale.The attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is disgusting because the shoes are still in the warranty period.
I have been using reebok products since many years and i was assured about the quality of the product and that any damage or defect to the shoe within 6 months will be replaced but My faith & trust in the product quality has taken a huge knock.For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected.It is very unfortunate situation that reebok is not really taking care of their brandname/service and with this kind of experience, I would never suggest anyone to go for reebok shoes.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .
IF I DO NOT GET FAVOURABLE ANSWER, I WILL TAKE HARD ACTION ABOUT OUTLET & COMPANY WITH CONSUMER COURT

Reebok India — INACTIVE Reebok Gift Voucher

I have REEBOK GIFT VOUCHER whose booklet code is 212600 and redemtion code is 5012093. I purchased it from Mumbai and it is valid all over India. The first 4 coupons(voucher's) was accepted by the shop-owner as its booklet was accepted by the computer. But now., my booklet code is not being accepted(read) on the computer. I have mailed a complained letter to reebok 3 days ago but there is no response so far.Kindly provide me a solution to my above problem at the earliest. I would be grateful to you if you mske it fast.

I bought shoes from well named company REEBOK Shoe. It got Toned with in Five months.
When I have purchased their said warrant is for 6months, & now there are saying it is only for 3months (this is very incorrect respond to customer) I want action to be taken against to the shop (Hyderabad).

Hi,

Recently, I visited reebok outlet in Cannught Place CBlock store, Delhi, INDIA and bought goods worth 21000 INR. The representative at the store were more keen to offer me those products under Bankok Bonanza scheme. However, none of them guided us through details or requirements for the promotion...

Now, when I contact your partner Team Promotions Private Ltd, they say that you even need to have tags of goods that you purchased... Pls tell me that who retain those tags...

I have the original bill, with my original credit card receipt... I need a solution or I'll go legal in this case...

I need a refund against all the inconvenience I had...

Reebok India — fraud

I purchased a pair of REEBOK shoes recently. The manufacturing date printed on a sticker on the box was of the month of January 2010 and the price was Rs. 3000. After coming back home when i removed that sticker another sticker was there behind it and it shows that the shoes were manufactured in the month of June 2009 and they were of Rs. 2500 only.
