Samsung gave a very bad quality gift. The Reebok watch which is expected to cost more than 2000/- stopped working within 3 days! While shaking well it works, but in the next shake it stops!!! Even the machine quality is very very poor that when second hand moves, the minute hand also gets a jerk. It was better NOT to give such poor quality things as gift.

I purchased Reebok amber watch on may 17th through flipkart. It was working fine when i purchased But now its not working. What should i do now. Will i get a replacement since it has one year warranty. If so how can i claim for it.
