[Resolved]  Reebok India — shoes

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased one pair of Reebok Shoes No.6 from pune . But for all my surprise, after using the shoe got sticked and came apart from 2 mm from the centre part . I am surprised because I am a regular user of Reebok shoe and this sort of experience have never come across to me. Anyway, as per the terms of the sale, As this is very much humiliating to me. now pls tell me what to do ?

i brought REEBOK shoes (size 10)at Hanamkonda (warangal )for a cost of Rs 1975/- on[protected]ref no:003083, recap :918229) . But within a week, the front portion of both the shoes got wrinkled and it has become very tight andboth my feet got boils. I informed the franchise who suggested that i should wear thick socks to get over this problem. i used the shoes for another 3 days with thick socks but the problem aggravatted. i went back to ths shop who was very dis-courteous and told that he can do nothing in this matter. I am totally shocked with the standard of the shoes from a branded company.
My experiance with the shoes purchased from ADDIDAS company has been excellent. I bought the shoes (size 9) from the retail shop at Himayatnagar, Hyderabad about 3 yrs back. The shoes are very comfortable and i am still wearing the shoes.Normally i wear size 9 shoes but on the advice of the Reebok dealer i bought size 10 shoes. But this problem is quite surprising.Hope the company responds.

well i am sahil goel from sangrur(punjab). i bought reebok shoe, model no. r.182263 uk 9. its a dmax foam model. anyways i purchashed it on 26 september, 2008.. so i have problem regarding your shoe which i had purchashed it from your showroam in sangrur.. actually whenever i walked or you can say that whenever i walk step by step my shoe make sound like . which doesnot look nice. i complaint against this problem to your showroom handler or you can say your distributor. well my problem yet not solve. today (11 december, 2008) i met with your ASM name karanpreet. i told him regarding my problem. its very strange if your company come know about his dealing. its very cheap and rudeness. he said sorry sir i cant help u. and even he make fun of me. anyways I am totally shocked with the standard of the shoes from a branded company.
please its a request please solve my problem. regarding my shoe and the bad dealing by your ASM name karanpreet.

Hi i purchsed a old lot shoe for a good discount, but the sole of the shoe has come out, i gave it a rebook store but over three to four days the soel came back again... kindly recomended what kind of gum has to be used to fix the sole of the shoe. Kindly advice for any other alternative.

I have purchased a shoes from Reebok's authorised showroom at Goregaon (West) on 28th of February 2010 for jogging purpose. The shoes was a sale product and given a warranty of six months. But after 3 days o[censored]sing the same, the soles of the shoes have come out and went to the same shop with the shoes. But they have shifted their shop to somewhere else. Now who is resolve my complaint. I have written a mail to Reebok but no answer from their end yet.

Please advise.

I am a very loyal customer of Reebok Since 2001 , I dont Remember ever I had purchased shoes from the Market Except Reebok but this time I am very Sorry to say that now the company is not giving a good & Durable Product to there customers .
I had purchased a Reebok Fleet type Shoes worth Rs 1350/- From your outlet near Kharar ( Punjab ) on 3rd, Feb, 2010 & after 2 to 3 Months My shoes are wet by Rain & in just 2 days the colours of the shoes are totally changed & look very very Bad , Please solve this Issue of Mine otherwise I will go to the Media & Take the Help of Consumer Court .

CMS Enterprises (Sahara MAll Gurgaon) is a franchise of Reebook. I have purchsed one jacket of INR 2, 799/- and one Reebok deodrant for INR 165/-. i.e. total 2, 964/-. Currently one scheme is going on i.e. purchase of INR 3, 000/ or above and we can get Reebook shoe in just 750/- whose MRP is 2, 500/-. They are not promoting as well intimating the scheme to customers and on asking for it there attitude was not good. It was really horrible from now onwards i will not sujjest any of my friends etc to visit Reebook Outlet especially CMS ENTERPRISES.

I bought a pair of reebok shoes worth Rs.2600/- from Spencer's, Mani Square Mall, Kolkata. The shoes were on discount but it was told that the product is good and there is no defect.

When I wore the shoe for the first time I found that the left shoe is defectively moulded inside and was hurting. After an hour of waering I had to remove it and it created a 2 inch long boil on my toe. The shoe is bad and it not usable.

I have brought shoes of REEBOK from CSD Canteen 3 EME Centre Bairagarh, Bhopal ............I have brought shoe of SIZE= 8. ............After 2-3 days the bottom of the shoe were loose and broken .....................and After 8 days they were not for used ..............It is very poor product and i have to change this product.

And now i want to change these shoe and i want to cash back my money .............

I have purchase Reebok running shoes(swift 2) worth rs.3599 at rs.2160(discount of 40%) from Jones shoes, abu lane, meerut(u.p.) on 21/10/14. from that time only they are not comfortable. on wearing them i feel lot of pain in my knee. I have also complaint to the shopkeeper but he showed me the rude behaviour and did not helped me. i have gone to him 3 times for my complaint but nothing happened. i want to exchanged them as there is definately the manufacturing defect in them as soon as possible. if my problem is not solved out i will definately go consumer court as we didnt expect such gesture from company like reebok.
