This is to inform you that I am not able to use my outgoing services from last one day my number is [protected], I’ll pay my bill and unbilled amount as per the status given by your customer care executive, I am going to your idea point at[protected].30 Pm, ur executive told me sir please pay 500 Rs amount and your outgoing services will activated shortly, but my service is not activated, then I’ll call to 12345 at 6.30 PM your customer care executive told me your outgoing will started 7.30 Pm but still m out going not start, then i am again call to customer care on 12345 their statement is sir please pay again 500 Rs so we can start your service, please tell me one thing my bill due amount is 269 Rs and unbilled is 845 rs so why I am paying extra amount, and why ur executive giving me false commitment again and again, what the hell is going on, sir I am not able to continue your services i[censored] are not activated my outgoing services.
Please do the needfulll…….
