Regional Passport Office, Bangalore — Delay in application processing | |
Hi, I am Shamanth. I had applied for passport on 05/11/2008. My file reference number is BNGC00954808. Its been 4 months since i applied and i had gone through all the police verifications needed by 1st of january 2009. But still the status is showing that they need police clearance for all the addressess. I have verified with the police stations and confirmed that the clearance certificate have been dispatched. But the status is showing the other way. I am undergoing problem because of the delay since i have to give passport details for the company i am working for. I am Himanshu Tiwari, I had applied for passport on 18/02/09
My application file reference number is B19044409.
It has been more than 2 months since I have applied, I can see the status online it shows as "Your Police Verification report has been received by us, and your file is in line for further processing." but this status has been there for last 1 month.
I have tried the passport office number but no one answers the number, most of times it is busy.
Please help.

file reference No. BNGW06223009
I checked up on internet status is showing that, Police verification report is pending
Checkedup in our police station they said they are not received the any document.
If you dont mind can you send the docket details for followup with Police station.

I checked up on internet status is showing that, (Your passport has been returned to us undelivered.)
i[censored] don't mind sir, no one come to my residence address and one more thing is my address is very easy to find postman & courier boys. i want details of when are u despatched.

I have returned the application afixing speciimen signature by speed post on[protected].It was delivered to your office on[protected].My wife has already received her renewed passport(Both the applications were sent on the same date.
My previos passport No.A8139971.The Number of D.D. that I have sent is574300/574298 of Karnatak Bank{code No712).
It is nearing 3 months after sending my application

PASSPORT NOT RECEIVED
I have applied for my passport renewal on 30 mar 2010. Police verification been done a month back but the status report still states verification not yet received. On the contrary, here they say documents had been forwarded. file ref no: w041343. Its nearing 3 months now, treat the matter urgent.

Till date I have not received my passport nor any letter from your side if any query is pending.
I would like to inform you that I have shifted from
Ahmedabad and my police verification has been done in both the states.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the passport at the earliest
