[Resolved] Regional Passport Office, Ghaziabad — Non-receipt of Passport GZB AO7057611 | |||
Sir, I have applied for a Passport on 20.12.2011 vide Cash Receipt No. GABAO7057611, Key No. [protected] and police verification in this respect has also been carried out on 29.12.2011. The "status report" (from 1st week of Feb 2012) shows that "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 2/12/2012 subject to all documents being in order". More than three months now and despite of above status report, the passport has not yet been received. I have also enquired with the post office on numerous occasions but they have also not received. Passport Office Ghaziabad — Non Receipt Of Passport
I had applied new passport on 22.10.09 vide File No. GZBC00941409 at ghaziabad. After so many times, I mailed reminder but the same is not dispatched as on date.All enquiries are cleared like police, l.i.u. etc.
On internet, a slogan is displayed that ( Passport will be dispatched with in a week) since last 45 days.
Please check up my matter. It is required to me for study purpose immediately.

Submitted an application no.z320278/2008 for my son PRASHANT KAPOOR.The passport is held up with the comment "Police Report is aderse.Show-cause Notice is being sent by post".No notice has ever been sent to us even after a gap of 22 months.Our complaints go unattended.On personal visit in December 2009, we were informed thay your file is misplaced so you fulfill the following requirements so that we may proceed with the case.Since then two months has elapsed but no result.

I have applied for a new passport on[protected] and my file reference number is GZB-A[protected].
i am still to get my passport. The local police and CID enquiry has been completed sucessfuly.
