[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad — wrong entry of expiry date

Dear Sir,
This it to bring to your kind notice that my son Mr. Yadem Asish Reddy got his passport through post on 12.2.2010 and in that Date of issue is written as 01.02.2011 and date of expiry is written as 17.01.2011.

Its the blunder mistake done by passport issuing officials. How come date of expiry comes before the date of issue ? Don't know what to do now and how its get corrected. Try to guide me please.Also attaching the
passport for your reference and necessary action.
