[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, New Delhi — Delay of passport and incorrect status online

Police verification on : 07may2010
RPO : Trikoot - 3, HUDCO Building, Bhikaji Camaji Place, New Delhi
PO : New Delhi-110066


I have applied for my Passport on 20april 2010. Police verification was done on 07may2010, and at the time of police verification i have provided all the necessary documents to the police officer. But few days later when i have checked my passport status online it says that :

"Pls. send attested copy of Marriage Certificate or Marriage Affidavit as per Annexure-D of Passport Information Booklet of Form 1".


and after checking this status online, I have submitted my Marriage certificate to passport office at, Trikoot - 3, HUDCO Building, Bhikaji Camaji Place, New Delhi Two (2) times. And still i am getting the same message online to submit my marriage certificate or marriage affidavit.

I have even complaint about the same issue over email to the regional office, but i have'nt got a single reply from there end till date. Please Look into this matter as i am in urgent need for passport, Even the passport office phone enquiry numbers are not responsive and they are not updating my status even after submitting the required documents twice.Please help me.
