Though assured of despatch of Passport in r/o Namita Ganguly,2/84 A,Gandhi Colony,Kolkata-700092, (file no.Cal-A[protected],D.O.b.01.07.1954,application submitted in december 2011)from 26.04.2012 & confirming delay in despatch on 23.05.2012 & again assured of despatch of the same within a week from 23.05.2012 but the same has not yet been received till date & no confirmation message of despatch has been received.Please help.

Dear Sir/ Madam
I had applied for re-issuing for my lost passport no.E6668256 dated 12.04.2004 with proper FIR etc.
The status in the passport website shows. : Awaits police verification
I tried to reach passport office through phone, but not reachable. When contacted Officer here, at Berhampore, Murshidabad, and asked about my urgency, (being a Orthopaedic Surgeon, I had several International Conferences to attend and as speaker, )I was promised to get it shortly but till now I have not got any communication, creating serious problem. I had also requested for any other provision for urgent
Passport either in TATKAL scheme/ or in any other way but unfortunately denied any help.
