[Resolved] Regional Pf Commissioner Bangalore — PF no.KN/WF/45192/0648

Vide my registered letter dated 07.01.2009 I had submitted you that:- 1. I am having PF account No. KN/WF/45192/0648 with your bangalore office. I requested them to to inform me present balance balance of this account. 2. I understand that I should get statement of account of my PF account every year. however I have not received the same so far. So I requested them to send me the said statement from date of opening the account till date of their reply. 3. I had also requested ti intimate me arrears of PF contribution if any. Period of arrears and steps initiated by the organisation to recover the arrears. 4. I had requested them to send me the printed citizen charter of their organisation if available free of cost for PF account holders. Above informations have not be provided to me till date. Seems like many Organization doesn't update their employees payslips with the updated PF number.

If for example you have a PF number in your statement like KN/WF/.../...
Entering the same you get an error like this, its most likely that the PF codes got updated.
STATUS for Member ID: BG/BNG/0045574/000/0000123
Invalid Input / Member name mismatch against this BG/BNG/0045574/000/0000123

Do the following.
1.Go to Search for your establishment http://search.epfoservices.in/est_search.php
2.Select the option "Establishments under old Office Code" and select your state
3.Also check mark the " I also know the establishment code (enter numeric part of code number only. Do not enter extension code)" Enter the establishment nubmer.
4. Search you will find the new/updated PF code. In our case KN/WF was changed to PY/KRP

I had the same PF AC NO . I tired a lot to find infomation about my PF account however negative because was not able to find any info. after spending lots of time on Internet & read some Govt Docs. I found this info. So, please try PY/KRP as new code instead of KN/WF and establishment and account number should be same as mentioned.

NEW PF CODE : PY/KRP - Kindly find the attached file here fro more help.
