Regional Provident Fund Commissioner — Not Releasing my Provident Fund

I am Rajender Kumar S/o Sh. Tara Chand Woring as peon in Plaza Papers Pvt Ltd 12.5 K.M. Behat Road Saharanpur i have send form to provident fund department for releasing my provident fund the process is for 40 days i wait till 40 days after 40 days i want to the provident fund office they tell me they send back the form but i didnot received that form & after that they told me to fill the new form & send them again i did that again now these people is harrassing me I need my money urgenty so please provied me solution what i have to do i am very poor person i need money very badly. I am suffring since six months.
