[Resolved] Regional Transport Office — Transfer of ownership and Registration of vehicle

This is with regard to my neighbour's car which he got as a gift from his son in law. My neighour resides in Chennai ad the car was sent from Lucknow. The registration of the car is in UP and my neighbour wants a Tamil Nadu registration as well as transfer to his name for the car. The son in law had filled in all the forms and NOC was obtained from the local UP RTO. When my neighbur took all the original documents to the Chennai RTO, he was sent back after being asked to translate all the paperwork which are in Hindi to English or Tamil after which they would review. My neighbour is 80 years old and just cannot afford to run around doing these things. Isn't the RTO supposed to accept the forms and documents as they are since Hindi is the National language. my neighbour two car of private number but he is using it as comercial vechile. his vechile number is DL3CR 1224 it is a maruti van. he is runing it like a taxi.

Respected Sir,

As I have purchased a new Hyundai Accent Executive Car from the Hyundai Plaza(Mathura Road) and now applied for the UP registration no.at Noida R.T.O office. I want the no. of my car of my personal choice but I don't the procedure.Please send me the details and I am also ready to pay the extra money if reqired by the R.T.O office as per rule.

Car — transfer of car ownership

I sold a car to a known person sometime back and registered the same on an affidavit but when I checked with the RTO, I realised that the car is still in my name. Despite reminders, the buyer has taken no steps to transfer the ownership. Request type of action, legal or otherwise I should take.

Regional Transport office — Permanent License

I had went for making learning license to RTO mumbai central, there is an employee called sameer gawde, he told me that he would make learning license he took Rs 300 initially and while making permenant license he took Rs 1000 and now he not giving me my license.

What should i do ?

dear sir,
I am respected person indian high court order overloading heavy vehical should be detain 3 month order apporx year 2005 but gujarat(ahmedabad/gandhinagar)rto start overloding in heavy vehical and extra mony to trasporter and vehical owner.
Overload vehical coming and going destination khodiyar continer deport adalaj and sanand continer deport to morbi, himatnagar, kadi, kalol, mehasana, pipavav, ankleshwar, surat, trucks runs start is night 20.00 p.m. To morning 06.00 a.m. RTO INSPECTOR no direction this way and come every month extra mony.
Pls sir action immedetely and stop overloding vehical in way.
