HP — Warranty issue for N/B

In continuation to my last discussion with Parvesh, HP team Delhi, A-200 Okhla office i need to pay 25, 000/ INR for the panel to be replaced which according to HP team is broken. Now pls tell me that when the product is in warranty why do i need to pay. And the most inportant thing is that the screen was not damaged from outside so how do a end user will be aware that it is broken.

I requested the HP team that it was giving a flickering problem from last few days & then suddently it stopped working. This problem was not a new problem same is also mentioned in the earlier case studies attached for your reference.(attachment 2&3). On the other hand had it been broken it should have stopped working immediately. Paying 25, 000/- today will get a new laptop, correct me if i am wrong.

This is just one and half month that i ve given my laptop to the HP service Centre under extended warranty on 11.11.08.Surprisingly after repeated pursuation over phone they did not respond.Only the feedback is spare parts scarcity. When ever this period of delay is requested to be added with the warranty period they are refusing. So being the own service centre if they are suffering with spare parts unavailability then why they are taking charges in form of Extended warranty .Are all these vague?

Dear Sir,
This is for your kind information here by I would like to intimate you that an Date 18th Oct 2008.I Purchase a HP Laserjet M1319f (Print/Scan/Copy/Fax) Machine from you.From the date of Purchase there is a Major Defect in that machine.Regarding the problem with that machine several times I make complain to you also I gave complain to your service center with the helpline numbers before 22 days. The case no was([protected]), but till now either you solve our problem or your head office do it.

Therefore as a consumer of your product if you will not solve my problem with in 2 days . I bound to take the legal action against you as per the terms and conditions.

hp pavilion dv6 1121ax is automatically shutdown due to heating effect... i complaint several time within the warranty period... again same issue occur... what i hav to do now??????

Please refer our Case I.D / Correspondence made to you vide above referred to items regarding repairs of our printer. the printer was received by your authorized dealer (INTARVO TECHNOLOGIES Ltd) on[protected] for repairs when the printer was well within the warranty period.The said dealer made some correspondence with you regarding the defects wich later not been rectified yet. The Proof of the problem was also mailed to you and you were many times requited vide above mentioned case I.D's to rectify our problem as we have suffered a great loss due to your negligence because our being a commercial out let and we could not deliver the the goods. The rectification of the problim of your product is the first and formost duty of your company and so you have failed to do so.
It is as such requested to redress our graveness within a weeks time otherwise we shall be compled to move to the consumer court for redresal and damages suffered by us.

Through this mail, i want to highlight the problems i have been facing with my hp pavilion dv3 laptop.I purchased the laptop on 25th february 2011.As soon as i used it for the first time
for the first time, i came to know that it was not working properly as it should have been.So i went to customer care at New Delhi, my problem was solved and i got my laptop back on 7th march
2011.It was told to me that it had the problem of hard disk crash.At that time, i asked them that if the laptop is having problems at such an early stage, then why dont you replace it with a new
one, then they refused and said that hard disk has been replaced and now the laptop will work properly.Then i hardly used it for 5 or 6 days, after that i found that the processing speed of the laptop
had slowed down considerably.As i was busy at that time so i could not visit the customer care again at that time.After 15 or 20 days, when i used my laptop, it was working properly.after some days the
same problem started.I took it to the service centre at ghaziabad and told them the problem.I gave my laptop to them, then i got my laptop back on 28th july 2011.Then from 20th August, the screen
started flickering, i registered the complaint on 24th august 2011 and availed the home service facility.My complaint no. was [protected].The problem was solved on 6th september.The engineer came with a new
LED screen and replaced the old one.As soon as he resolved the problem, a new problem crept in.The power switch of the laptop stopped working.The engineer complained registered the complaint at the customer care
and a new complaint no. was generated, which is [protected].

My motive of telling such a long story is that i am having a great amount of problems and after spending so much money and time, i am not able to use my laptop properly and i am suffering heavy losses due to it.
So in total, i can very well conclude that i have hardly been able to use my laptop for 25 to 30 days that too installments.

Also my laptop has been opened so many times at the service stations, so the machine is now not was it was when it was new.The keyboard has become loose and the parts are also getting loose.
As you can well understand that the original fabrication of parts has been tampered many times.

Now, if the new laptop has created so much problems, then how can i be fully ensured that it will properly after it is repaired further, and also i have spent a lot of my valuable time and money on the laptop.
So, there is only one solution remaining for this problem, that you replace my laptop with a new one, as soon as possible, because at this time laptop is very important for me due to my professional and career related
issues.Also i dont have time and money to waste, further in future.

I have a strong believe that you replace my laptop as soon as possible and give me the new one after inspecting and checking it properly and adequately, so that i
do not face further problem again.

printing mistake

sir i have purchase your printer Hp laserjet M1005 MFP one week ago but the print is not good and it is remove with hand. I think printer is not work properly i call customer care but no respond. Then pls care me.

Hp laptop/i am complaint about service center

My job seet sert s.no. is 15093662. I gave my laptop for ram change, but they have been taken 5 days. I think ram is not big problem...but hp service center comitted me for 6/6/16. I am not happy with hp.Dell is good ...plz Dell service is supep.
