registry letter — misbehavior & dining for registry

respected sir,

this is to inform u that i m (deepak bhumbla) suffered alot bcoz of poor service of your shakurpur, G-block branch delhi-34, they (all staff) are always deny me to registry my postal & gave me the reason that these postals belong to the other branch. which is not the proper reason to digest. when i wanna their complaint book they misbehaves with me.

please take a satisfactory step on it by which we are continue to take ur proper services.
