Big Tv doesn't takes any action against Customer Complaints.
I renewed my Reliance Big TV subscription on 21st October 2009 for 1 complete next year. However I came to know after 2 months, as they started deducting monthly. Then they told to recharge it once again. I recharged it once again and then was able to subscribe for 1 year plan. Now My issue is Reliance Big TV deducted 175 Rs from my account in November 09 and did not inform me till next 8 months. In November due to bad weather the signal was lost, I thought like 4 times earlier, once again their setup box has gone faulty and needs to be replaced. I called Big TV and intimated about it. They logged the complaint. Next Day early morning I woke up and checked & found it to be working fine. I immediately Customer Care and intimated that its working fine, please cancel the complaint, the executive told it’s done, however it was not done which I came to know after 1 day. After 1 day, I got a call from technician saying that your complaint was registered, so tell me your location, how can I reach to your house? I told him it was because of bad weather and its working fine now, there is no need to come. The technician never visited my house. And Big TV changed 175 Rs for technician in November and never thought to sms me, call me, suspend my services so that I can come to know about my subscription. I had 1 year annual plan and due to that I did not check the account and thought to renew it in last month when it would be expiring. I came to know about my account balance going in Negative from November when I faced the issue in July 2010 after they upgraded their software and once again their setup box gone faulty. Then I logged complaint of refund of my 175 Rs on 13th July, logged by Deepika Gill. Complaint No.[protected]. They asked 48 hour’s time frame so that they can fetch the details whether technician visited my house or not. From then I am calling them daily to find out the Status and they only say one line "wait kar lijiye, hum jald se jald isse resolve karwane ki koshish karenge." On 18th July I called and as was getting the same line wait kar lijeye from executives, asked for Floor Supervisor, Sudhesh came and told it will be done in next 24 hours. Then on 25th July I called up, Rekha S disconnected my call. Again I called up Amit Kumar transferred to Rekha Singh (Floor TL), she transferred to Rekha Patiyal (Team leader) and she only said One line "wait kar lijiye, hum isse forward kar denge" and she did not said a single line apart from that in 30 minutes as if some IVR is speaking and in last she disconnected. Once again I called then Jyoti Chawla transferred to Parminder kaur and then to Preet Mehta (TL) who without checking the account came on phone and started saying aap wait kar lijeye. All Team Leaders at this moment started disconnecting the call because they have no response that why we have deducted 175 Rs in November and why it wasn't informed. And moreover they were telling that we have no records as well, neither with us nor with the concerned department. On 26 July I called once again, Chetan (executive) refused to provide full name. He transferred to Jyoti chawla (FTL) and she disconnected the call. Then again called and Govind picked up, he transferred to Rajni Kumar (FTL) and she transferred to Vicky Rana (TL) and he straight away told that 175 Rs will not be refunded. He also said he is not able to find out the details of November month as the concerned team doesn't have it and if they will have it, it will take time to find out. I would like to ask who gave the permission to Vicky Rana (TL) to say to customer with that confidence that his money will not be refunded, when its deducted without any reason. Now they say that how can we take out details of 8 months old. He was not having any answer, then he told he is arranging a callback, I told him I don't believe you, you all are liars, provided the landline number. As I was on the call for more than 1 hour, he wished me to disconnect the call so he arranged the callback from Rakesh Kumar on my landline, he told after 13 days that I will take initiative and give me at least 2 more days. I still asked how many days they require to find out the details whether technician visited my house and checked Setup Box or made any changes in the dish or not. After lot of harassment I am writing this complaint so that someone else who is going to purchase Big Tv comes to know about reality what is going to happen with him. . I would only like to ask Reliance that how much time they will require to refund my 175 Rs? . Reliance has started duping people by supplying 2nd hand setup boxes and once the warranty i.e., 1 year completes they starts charging 175 for technician for visiting and 800 for old setup repaired box. If after 15 days it again stops working the same amount the customer has to pay. It means the price customer paid for new setup box doesn't comes under warranty and he is supplied with repaired setup box with no warranty and the old setup box the technician takes away, what for? When we are already paying for services, why 175 and 800 are being charged from us when we have not made anything wrong to their cheap devices. Reliance knows the quality of setup boxes, I will recommend you never give a single penny to Reliance as they are the biggest beggars who have started deducting money anytime without informing you, will harass you and their Cust Care is like that you would be speaking with Rickshaw Walla who doesn't know anything. No Responsibility initiative is being taken by Team Leaders as well. I will agree they do have toll free number, however try calling them 5 times continuously and trust me you will listen 5 new things from 5 new executives. Their policies will contradict with each other and you will come to know yourself that ki aapko wo sirf topi pehnane ke lie bithye hue hain....My name is Ajay Kumar. I have been using Reliance from last 2 years. And this is my last year....and will never ever spend a single penny on Reliance in my lifetime even if they will provide free subscription and free service still I will deny them because I know they will anytime dupe me......Each and Every word written is true. It happened with me i.e., I don't want it to be happened with anyone Else. I live in New Delhi (Capital of India) where their service is pathetic, so you can imagine their service anywhere else. Spend in that company which is providing you at least good product which will last for at least 5 to 6 years. However will Reliance you will need technician to replace setup box after every 3 to 4 months guaranteed. My phone number is [protected]. Contact me still before purchasing Big TV. Its for making the customer's, attracting the customers, not for loosing them by making false statements by such useless executives, and TL's who are unable to do anything, and are being paid just for coming there.
