[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — reliance big tv fraud

Dear sir/madam,



my bigtv id[protected] ,i had recharged my bigtv subscription on 1st jun 2012 of rs 1800 for one year as i was told by your dealer at ghantaghar ghaziabad. and now i got to know that my subscription is suspend because of this amount is lapsed monthly bases, your customer care executive say i had to called to customer care for make subscription for one year, nobody even from you side i was never informed for payment and for subscription plan as it is understood no other plan was available for 1800 at that time. Actually we dont have any fault at our side and it look very irresponsible behavior from such type of big company that never expected.



i request to please resolve this issue and continue my subscription for full one year so that trust could be build up with reliance.
