[Resolved]  Reliance Capital Home Loan — Delay in Home Loan processing

This is Arun Gouda & my wife Jyostna Gouda from Bangalore. We applied for 'Reliance Capital Home Loan' on 4th April 2008 after getting the reference from "APNA LOAN.COM". I had a overseas trip planned from 20th April to 4th May for which the Reliance home loan representative (Mr. Pritam Das) assured on 3rd April before applying that it will get cleared within two weeks & sent a representative to my house to collect the documents & charges. Since then until today I'm struggling with these guys & would have visited more than 6-7 times to the Bank & even after everydays calling its not helping out. Finally We signed the 'Loan Sanction Letter' & payed the other charges & submitted blank cheques on 6th May but still after 18 days of that, waiting for disbursement. Use to get feedback's like 'Sorry, I couldnot personally follow-up, now will do that' & 'there's is problem in this & that' and all such comments. We even could not apply from any other resource nor getting from this bank even after around 2 months. My owner is waiting to clear this & relocate to Kerala for his new job there.We are nowhere at this stage & losing time & money due to this. Kindly help us on this matter...
