[Resolved]  Reliance Capital Limited — Big loss due to mistake in opening demat account

We have opened demat a/c.no[protected] with reliance capital. Rashmi Malukani my daughter is a 1st holder of the account. My self Chaitanya Malukani is a 2nd holder of the account.At the time of opening demat account, by mistake Reliance capital has changed PAN CARD of 1st holder on the name of 2nd holder and same way 2nd holder's pan card no.on the name of 1st account holder.
I Chaitanya Malukani second account holder has other demat account on my single name in India Infoline.
I have bid for COAL INDIA ipo against my demat account in India infoline as well as my daughter Rashmi had also bid for COAL INDIA ipo in above demat account.

But due to mistake done by RELIANCE CAPITAL in feeding data of pancard at the time of opening account my and my daughters above bids has regected by the LINC INTIME.They have mentioned the reason of cancellation of the bid that "MORE THEN ONE APPLICATIONS BID FOR THE SAME PAN CARD" Actually this thing happened due to the mistake done at the time of opening the demat account by Reliance Capital.We have submitted the PAN CARD COPY to Reliance Capital along with the application form of opening account and form has correctly filled by us.But due to mistake in data feeding they have done above mistake in pancard. More over due to negligency by verifying office the above account has opened with the mistake. We have received Client Master from Reliance capital,the PANCARD detail has not mentioned in it.For same reason our bids were rejected of power grid ipo and due to the mistake of Reliance capital at the time of opening account we have bare the lose of about 50 thousand.I am having evidences, received from Reliance Capital like Crystal Reports, it shows mistake by them in feeding pancard data.and Revised Crystal Report Reports after our complain corrected their mistake.
I have given notice about one month back to Reliance Capital about compensation of my above lose .But they have not replied of the letter.Please do the needful in the matter.
