[Resolved] Reliance CDMA Landline phone — Converting to Prepaid | |||
HI , This is Rajesh Christopher , and my number is [protected] and my mobile number would be [protected]. i want to convert my land line phone from postpaid to prepaid , i spoke to to the cx service , they said you have to go to the reliance hub to get it converted , when i went the hub in bistupur , firstly they said you have to go golmuri to do this then again a lady sitting there said she cant do it today have to come on monday i told her i wont be awailable on moday becasue i work in kolkata and i come only in week offs , she did not give me any option , now i want my phone to be converted to prepaid becasue i am getting very high bills . HI this is rajesh Christopher again who is again trying to convert the land line phone to prepaid phone but your hub people are making it difficult, it is very convenient for you to send people to collect the payment for the bill but it is very difficult to convert the phone to prepaid

i am awailable in jamshedpur only on week offs and it is not possible for me to go to the hub every time but still i go but they give me dates and dates i dont understand for joy they are doing this, they even dont have any courtsey to help the customer .

Reliance Wireless Postpaid Landline — Landline is not in my name
I purchased a land line[protected] from reliance webworld express, Bangalore on 26/02/2008, Same day evening one executive has come from reliance and said sir by mistakenly the number which has given to you allocated to some other person and he given a land line[protected]. Later i came to know this instrument is in not my name, Iam trying to call him from past one month, he is not giving any response at all. Somany times i walked into Relinace webworld. But no response from webworld and customer Care also. Please give me the solution regarding this as early as possible.
