Reliance — deactivation of service

As I have reported earlier since last 3 moths my 1 paisa SMS could not be deactivated though it is reported by the company that the same is being deactivated right now. But the same is sou motto reactivated after 27th of each month.
In my opinion this is the type of service provided by Reliance is not only cheat the reliance users also providing the worst service to his consumers.
My phone No is [protected]. Now with disgusted with the service and discontinued using the mobile and now using BSNL No- [protected].
Here my submission is if Reliance is unable to provide service to his customers then why he closes down the mobil;e sector. The most useless service provider I have ever seen with an invalid customer support.
There r number of customers who have disgusted the service of reliance by such service and support provided by Reliance.

So baddddddddddddddddddddddd.

Better to close down the mobile sector and collecting money by cheating.
