[Resolved] Reliance Digital — consumer ill treatment regarding | |||
Dear sirMadam, I am S.Ashok Kumar from madurai.Cell n0:[protected].Email id:ash.[protected]@gmail.com.I purchased a sandwich maker(model no:4B11905) from Reliance Digital(In Vishal Mall) on 1/4/2011.It got repaired on 8/7/12.When approached the showroom we were askd to wait and it took almost an hour and then they gave us an address where we should get it repaired.The job sheet number is 3484 Recently we got a call from the service centre that they are not able to repair it and we should collect a slip from the service centre and produce it in the showroom to get a fresh piece.Just for getting a product sericed we are made to move around and wait for a long time.Its not possible for me to move over from service center to showroom and vice versa.I request the higher authorities to look into it and do the needful for me and also the future customers.
