[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Request logged to repair cooler on 30th May and the same is not resolved till 24th June

My name is Aashish Singh, i logged a request (Number - 622816) on 30th of May 2010, as my Usha Cooler was not working with Reliance Digital Shipra Mall Indirapuram.
I was told on 31st May that the same will be repaired within 3 days, there after i did not received any communication regarding the status of the request.

When confirmed again on 18th June i was informd that the same will be done by Sun 21st June, today is 24th June and the cooler is stil not working.
