Reliance Digital / Nikon S3000 Digicam — FALSE COMMITMENT ABOUT FREE PRODUCT | |||
Dear Sir, I beg respectfully to state that, my name is Sumit Guha and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I bought one digital camera (NIKON S3000 DIGI CAM) from Reliance Digital store locate on Bansdroni, kolkata. And there was a free gift(designer watch) with this product. That time the sales executive told me that, that time the free gift was not present. And he commited to me that the free gift i will get as soon as possible and he will ring me about this gift. And it was over 2 weeks and no reply I was getting from the Reliance Digital. We choose Reliance Digital not only for their product, also we expect better service from their side which I was not getting from them.I don't know when they will make their "valuable" time for ring me for collect the gift.
