[Resolved] Reliance Digital - Voltas Ac (Vertis Plus 1. 5t) — Charge on account of Installation

Hi, The shock for me was from the representative of VOLTAS during the installation of A.C. He charged me Rs.650 (550 for installation+100 for purchase of an electrical device which supposed to be in the list of free accessories). Reliance sales representative promised to offer free installation during order booking, but later she were arguing as if she didn't offer it. This is a real cheating just to increase their sales. Reliance Digital - Voltas AC (Vertis plus 1.5T) — Extra Charge on account of Installation

Hi,

I Purchased a VOLTAS A.C (Vertis plus 1.5T) in Reliance Digital Showroom located at Anna Salai, Chennai on 15/01/2009 in the name of Venkatesh, Mugappair - Chennai. They promised to deliver the same on 16/01/2010 and the installation on 18/01/2010. They fullfilled their promise, i appreciate it; of course with a few follow-up from my end. But the real shock for me was from the representative of VOLTAS during the installation of A.C. He charged me Rs.650 (550 for installation+100 for purchase of an electrical device which supposed to be in the list of free accessories). Reliance sales representative promised to offer free installation during order booking, but later she were arguing as if she didn't offer it. This is a real cheating just to increase their sales. This kind of cheatings will not help to have long-run fruitful business. Hope to receive a good response for this from Reliance.
