From the start my Electricity bill was wrong.
1. consumption too high for the small load
2. bills continue to include "arrears" when there are none
3. billing calculations wrong, higher bill for lower consumption compared to a previous month when consumption was higher but bill was lower.
4. after repeated complaints meter was fixed after 12 months and the bill dropped to 30% of the past.
Reliance officials have refused to take any proper remedial action instead threatening to cut my electricity or convert my billing to commercial because i use a number of computers - i am an internationally and nationally recognized computer professional and this is my justified requirement.
each department of Reliance Energy claims to be unaware of what is happening in the other and complaints are NOT attended to by any senior officer, most of whom are impossible to meet as thjey are never in their chair.
