[Resolved]  Reliance Energy Limited — Employee Pension Scheme Certificate

I received Employee pension certificate for almost 15 years of my service in 2 companies. I joined Reliance Energy in April '08 and left them in July '08 ( only 3 months I served them ). I requested for EPS certificate and since last 10 months they are unable to issue. They seem to have an issue with PF Commissioner and hence issue of EPS certificate is getting delayed inordinately. They are not even able to submit for request of EPS certificate to the PF commissioner.
Government has brought this scheme to help the common men but with such hurdles, we do not know how to proceed and who will help us to get the certificate thus the good intention with which the scheme was brought is lost. I am unable to submit the certificate to my present employer.
Can the concerned person take it seriously and help me.
