The company of Reliance Gsm Service has deduct 20 rupees extra from my mobile[protected] account at 30 september 2009 time 11:53 A.M. And about this deduction was not informed me by reliance gsm service company........I called many times to customer care executives of Reliance Gsm Service..but there are no response of my calls..So please help me..

last day on 09.10.09 Rs. 40/- is deducted from my account balance . and I didn't subscribe any callertune on my no, but i recieved one msg from your side unsubscription of celTalk tune . So plz look into this matter and do needful asap. i waiting for your reply. Plz give account statement if you can, of my no and reason of deduction of amount Rs. 40/-

I HAVE NOT SUBCRIBED FOR ANY CRBT SERVICES (CALLER TONES) SERVICE OF RELIANCE. ON 26/10/2009 I HAVE RECEIVED ONE MESSAGE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS 30/- FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS TO UNSUBSCRIBE SMS UNSUB 1003 TO 155223 (TOLL FREE).
LAST MONTH I HAVE NO SUCH CALLER TONE ACTIVATED AND THE QESTION OF RENEWAL DOES NOT ARISE. I HAD MADE A COMPLAINT TO CALL CENTRE THEY GAVE ME A COMPLAINT NUMBER[protected] REQUESTING YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE SOLVED IN 48 HOURS.BUT STILL THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR CALL CENTRE EVEN 3 TO4 TIMES I MADE A CALL TO THERE CALL CENTRE .AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT...

RIM Mobile Services — Unusual Amount Deduction from Account Balance

Dear sir,
Despite of many request for deactivation of Audia Cine Subcription, the RIM Services activate the Subcription and deduct the amount from account balance. I have not given any request to activate or renewal for the above service but they still continue to Renewal the service and deduct the amount Rs 30 every month for the last 3-4 month.
On 15/11/2009 at 1.45 pm I had talked to Customer Care regarding my Complain , Theyhave assured me that your amount will be revert back within 48 hours. On 16/11/09 at 2.20 PM ,I came to knew by a SMS from Customer Care that your amount deduction from account balance was correct, and we will Deactivate your Audio Cine Subcription with in 48 hours.
Dear sir I would like to request to please take necessary action against the RIM Service ( CDMA) the for the act of renewal of activation of any subcription Pack without any Information of Consumers.

Respected Sir,
I am totally irritated with the service provided by the RELIANCE GSM mobile service.

From 4th december a balance of 5 rs. had been deducted everyday when a match had been held.When i want information about this, they told me that YOU have activated the cricket pack, which has not been activated by me.

From that day 15 rs. had been deducted. On 10th december 20 rs.has been deducted also.

When I want to contact or make a complaint they are not responcing. Everyday they told the system is under techncal upgradation.

Sir just help me. I am totally irritated. I have no option. They are not taking the call now. Please Sir.

RIM Mobile Services — Unauthorised calls

My Mobile No is [protected].I have been receiving a lot o[censored]nauthorized/unsolicited calls in the above Number(mostly telemarketing) even after I have registered with the local Service Provider for DOD.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — I have charged twice for the same service

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Subrajit Behera, Mobile No. [protected] (Karnataka, Bangalore). I have been using 1p sms pack of rs.11 from last 4-5 months. After completion of 30 days this service renews automatically & from my main balance rs.11 deducts. But because of my insufficient balance the auto renewal couldn’t happened on may 29th . So on 30th may at around 12.30 pm I recharged my account with rs.30 and also for 1p sms I recharged the pack of rs.19. After that my 1p sms pack got activated & I sent some sms @1p. But on May 31st morning I got the sms that “1p sms pack renewed & rs.11 deducted from my balance”.
Is it fare that I have charged twice for the same service. Though auto renewal system is there it should check first that the service is currently activated or not.
If the same thing would have been happened with you, How would have been you felt ?

Reliance GSM — deduction of charges 2 times for same service

i hav already submitted complaint,and i got cal from reliance communication,they kept me waiting in call,and call was disconnected,my problem is yet not solved,its not question of rs.39, but this type of cheating shd not happen to any others..this happened with me twice,last time also i lost rs.39, so kindly look into this matter,so that others r not cheated,and they get good response from customer care..

From my two Reliance GSM prepaid mobile nos [protected] and [protected], a sub agency with SMS no 56785 has defrauded Rs30 each for music download and Mittike Rang music download on 16th Sept2010 without my consent. Please handle the case so as to recredit Rs30 to my phone accounts and for which I will be ever obliged.

myself amit tewari from Almora, i purchased a reliance Gsm Sim a year back and using it continuously.but i face many problems in it.i talked many times with customer care but i found no results.but now its very irritating that they activate services without any information and deduct balance.i use 39 message pack in which we got 500 messages a day,but then they activated another message pack with cost of 19.5 and deduct the balance.and few days back they activated another service and deduct 49 rupees.i talked in customer care and they told me that it will solve in next 48 hours and you will get your money back,but they deactivated the service but i didn't got my money back,and also afraid for another service activation.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — Deduction of balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

Around 5 Jan 30 rupee deduced from my account & a caller tune activated & it get renewed two times and again two times 10 rupees deducted from my account while i didn't apply for any caller tune.

Now i want that the service of caller tune to be deactivated & the deduced amount to be cradieted into my account Otherwise it is not possible for me to countinue with this number.

This is not happend 1st time. It is a common practise that any service automatically ged activated on phone & get renewed again & again some time even also after the service deactivated.

Reliance GSM Mobile Service — Unusual remittance from my Main Balance on daily basis

Dear Sir,
I, Shri Chhayakanta Palai, a user of Reliace GSM Mobile Service since 2 years. But it is very petious thing to say that my balance is unusually debited on daily basis. Though i have contaced several times to the customer care department, but no response from their side. If this type of thing will happen on daily basis, nobody will keep faith on the Great Mobile Service Provider like Reliance.

I have contacted three times with customer care executives Mr. Jasobant Rathod on 18/02/2011 at 09.50 PM, Mr. Rajul on 18/02/2011 at 10.05 PM and Ms. Bharati on 20/02/2011 at 07.25 AM, but none of these ladies and gentlemen worry about my problem and told me that no extra services was activated so how my balance is disappear in regular interval. Till now no action has been taken place regarding this matter.
So, Please do something to solve my problem.

Reliance GSM — Rs 30 deducted

Reliance GSM — wrong deduction of balance (Rs.30)

This is the 6th time my balance is wrongly deducted on my number ([protected]) and i wont be quiet this time as it has gone beyond limits. When i enquired about this matter with Customer Care, they notified me that a pack was activated on my number from R-world.

The trivia is that -

1) I never went to R-world.
2) If at all any subscriber subscribes to any offer a Message is sent on that number stating which offer is activated and how much amount is deducted from balance.

But in my case none of the above happened. .

previously also the same thing happened almost for 5 times at different time intervals but i did not raise any huge claims and issues but this time its not going to happen i want my refund or else i am ready to go to any court of law.

I am facing the same problem since 3 months. Reliance people are cheater.. They deducted 30 every month for gprs online games. The irony is that I dont have GPRS or java games enabled phone. They get angry very quickly too
