Dear Sir,

I had recharged the Reliance GSM pre-paid connection with 77 Rs. easy recharge on 26th Sept. 2011. I have got the message at the same time and paid the amount to the dealer.
But the balance is not yet created for phone calls.

Kindly check and do the needful.

Reliance GSM — Recharge done but Balance not credited.

Dear sir, I have recharged my mobile number which is [protected] with 47 top up through web recharge on 03.02.2012 and i have received a message that my number has been succesfully recharged with rs 47.But when i check balance i have just received only rs 10 in my main balance and rest of the amount was not received.When i call to the customer care,your executive did not pick up my phone and disconnect the call. Therefore i request to the concern authority to look in to the matter and do the needful.Thanking you
