gprs pack deactivation

Dear sir

i am using smart connection my no. is 9827099164 n i wants to deactivat 51 rs of gprs pack i have been trying from last 1 month to contect cust care call centre but it never gets connected if it gets connected so they drop the call relation ship centre people also dont help plz get deactivated 51 rs of gprs pach of my this no. 9827099164...

dear sir

i m using reliance gsm 8103069441, i want to deactivate 51 net pack from my mobile plz do me a favor by deactivating this pack. i tried all others ways to deactivate this. pleae help me out.
